1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using POWRFUL Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including dealers, coaches, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

POWRFUL Coach is a business coaching and financial benchmarking platform designed for home improvement dealers. The Service provides tools for financial modeling, sales funnel analysis, pricing diagnostics, and business planning. All financial outputs are for planning and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data, P&L statements, and business information you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant POWRFUL Coach a limited license to process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your business data to third parties.

You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting support. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload data that belongs to another person or business without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract benchmark data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate POWRFUL Coach

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Financial benchmarks, projections, and recommendations are based on industry averages and your submitted data. Actual business results will vary. POWRFUL Coach does not guarantee any specific financial outcome from use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POWRFUL Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business decisions made based on Service outputs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
