1. What We Collect

When you use POWRFUL Coach, we collect:

Account information — your name and email address, provided via Manus OAuth login
Business data — financial figures, P&L statements, and operational data you enter or upload
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration, collected anonymously
Payment information — billing details processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide and improve the Service, including generating benchmarks and coaching recommendations
Send you product updates, billing notices, and support communications
Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve the platform
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data or your business financial data to any third party, ever.

3. Benchmark Data

POWRFUL Coach uses aggregated, anonymized data from across the dealer network to generate industry benchmarks. Your individual business data is never shared in identifiable form. Benchmarks are computed from statistical aggregates only.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel and your assigned coach, if applicable.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Manus — authentication and infrastructure. Subject to Manus's privacy terms.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
Portability — request an export of your business data in a machine-readable format
